Autobooting Super Mario Sunshine through USB Loader GX causes crash. #114

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change settings to do autobooting.
2.Launch Super Mario Sunshine through USB Loader GX.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Super Mario Sunshine launching.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Nintendont v2.201 (r201)
USB Loader GX r1231
IOS 249 (Rev 21010) +AHB (d2x v10beta53-alt-vWii base56)
Wii U

Please provide any additional information below.
I am able to launch three other games with USB Loader GX and Nintendont (the
other three are Chibi-Robot!: Plug into Adventure!, Paper Mario: The Thousand
Year Door, and The Fairly OddParents: Breakin' Da Rules).
Nintendont's info briefly flashes beffore the crash shows up. and then USB
Loader GX restarts.
I've tried to use "OSReport" and "Log"/"Log to file" however the resulting
ndebug.log and nloader.log files end up refering to Chibi-Robo instead of Super
Mario Sunshine.
I'll include the two files just in case they come in handy.
I also apologize if I reported this in the wrong place, reported it when it was
also reported, or otherwise did something wrong on my part. I'm not used to
reporting bugs on Google code, so I'm trying to be as thourough as I can. Let
me know if there's something else I can explain.

Sorry I forgot to list what I see instead. it says "Exception (DSI) Occured!"
then a bunch of numbers and such with a Stack Dump and a Code Dump, because of
the automatic restarts I can't type it all down.

I ended up using r203 and it launches properly now. Thank you...but speaking of
SMS, is there a way to get it set up to where I can remap the Classic
Controller Pro's buttons to where I can have one button to be full R and one
being half pressed R?

The top left button acts as a shift key
When the top left button is pressed the bottom left and right buttons act as
half pressed
