Downloading torrents' file extensions #298

I notice when downloads start they are entitled with a "part" extension (or 
something)..Ideally, it would be nice if they were their actual 
extensions...making it easier for one to launch and preview the dloading 
torrent to make sure it is good.

The transmission daemon add "part" extension to incomplete files. You can 
disable it with rename-partial-files  in T config file.
