Wrong tooltips displayed on RSS Downloader #311

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When connected to a srver, click the RSS Downloader icon
2. Click one of the saved RSS feed and select a torrent
3. Hover on the "Refresh", "Add Torrent" and "Add Torrent from URL"

What is the expected output?
Tooltips ("Refresh", "Add Torrent" and "Add Torrent from URL") should be 
displayed.

What do you see instead?
toolStripButton1, toolStripButton2 and toolStripButton3

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows XP
Transmission: 2.00 (build 10784)
Remote: 3.23 (build 0)

attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.
