Add option to enter server/password on connect #312

When the "Connect" button is clicked, a prompt asking for server:port and 
password would be displayed (if no server are saved in "Local Settings/Server 
Settings".

This would allow to use transmission-remote on shared computers or any computer 
where you don't want to have the connection information saved.
