Max Torrents active

I would like to see this feature, because if you have many torrents in 
Tranmission they all download and seed (except ones that are stopped). There 
should be a max of active torrents and a checkbox for "Seeding torrents 
included" (so that a seeding torrents counts as a active torrents as well).

Our app is only a remote for Transmission. This feature have to implemented in 
T.
