Is it possible to implement subject? It can be useful when using TRD on 
multiple computers.

I'm configured my build system, to make a "portable" installer: is't using file 
based settings.

You can download from here:
http://elbandi.net/transmission-remote-dotnet/  
(transmission-remote-dotnet-portable_*-installer.exe)

I need feedback, whether it works.
