covers not shown #18

When playing a song it should be capable of downloading covers and showing it. 
For every song I've played the cover is not shown...

This may be fixed in th most recent SVN commit, 121.  There were a few bugs, 
but the biggest was that server_path/static/covers had to be writable or all 
cover lookups would fail.  Now, not being able to write to that directory just 
disables caching.

The newest version should fix problems with downloading covers.
