Add links to AppCenter #24

I figured out that some links were missing in elementary AppCenter. Here are some of them. I added links for Homepage, Bug Tracker and Translation.

Hi,

your changelog changes are already ilon the branch deb-packaging (the release branch). Do you know if these Informations also have to be included in the master branch?

Note that the links to homepage, bug tracker etc. are definitely new and I will include them

Hi!

I didn't add anything to changelog. It's just the XML that was reformated. I'm not sure to understand your question, but you have to keep the changelog up-to-date in the appdata file.
