Java version required to run digdag #1662

Thank you for developing such a wonderful tool.

Java 8 or Java 11 should be required to install the digdag binary, but the documentation (website) does not seem to specify this. I think it would be easier to install digdag if the version of Java supported by each version of digdag was clearly indicated.
