Can we get support for later versions of Java? #1706

Getting the same issues related to "AggressiveOpts" reported in this issue https://github.com/treasure-data/digdag/issues/1234 when trying to upgrade and was hoping for support.

I guess you can use Java11 but Java13 or later may have problems like the #1234.
