Feature Request: Backup should be extended by date #43

Currently the backup archive is named just deCONZ-backup.tar.gz. Would be great to extend the current naming by "_YYYYMMDD" -> deCONZ-backup_20191102.tar.gz

Yeah. I will make it configurable.

i've been very busy the last months. i'll see if i can find time for the plugin the next days.
