Add language selector #69

It seems that TrebleShot doesn't have any language selector and instead it will select language after Android OS. This is not really a good idea because many users prefer running Android OS in English (or any other language) but in the app they want to have their native language or vise versa. So i would suggest you add a language selector in the app.
