Add updater #23

It would be nice to see option to "check for updates" and the built in updater

The option is not present in the Google Play version. GitHub and F-Droid have this option.

I meant treble-shot Desktop of course. Oh and i'm using trebleshot v0.1.0 (that was the latest exe i could find on github)

Oh, I am sorry I didn't check the repo name (using my phone right now).

Of course, it is possible.

The latest release is 1.0, which does not have the Check for updates option as far as i searched

The latest version is 0.1.0 atm. It is not decided to add this, but will probably be added in the future.
