Migrate to typescript #4

Migrate project to use typescript to take advantage of type hints and catch bugs faster. Also anyone who uses your lib will thank you.

Currently all the typescript I done I will clean it up and make sure there are no breaking changes

I am going to have to close this as to get it working there would be breaking changes which is not worth it
