Specify a different Tredly-Build during installation #19

When installing Tredly-Host, it is conceivable that you might not always want the official Tredly-Build (Master) installed. Rather, you might want the unreleased Integration branch, or your own fork.

Suggest adding a prompt during install that asks for git location of Tredly-Build
