Tredlyfile > ContainerGroup > containerStartOrder is not implemented #8

We have yet to implement containerStartOrder as there are a number of race conditions and issues in regards to implementing it. Its on our list but we feel its probably going to be an issue which is solved by chance or a genius moment.
