Add tree logo for README.md #2

제가 나무 로고를 하나 만들어왔습니다. 어떤지 한번 봐주세요.

파일은 두종류입니다.

  1. 배경색 있는 버전(tree_bg.png)
  2. 배경색 없는 버전(tree_no_bg.png)
