The `tree-sitter-html` npm package has not been published in two years #54

Seems like the tree-sitter-html package has not been published since https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter-html/commit/d93af487cc75120c89257195e6be46c999c6ba18 (two years ago). And the fixes and features added in these two years can not be used.

I'm trying to write a new grammar that extends the grammar in the tree-sitter-html. It would be nice if these fixes could be included.

Would you mind publishing a new version for the tree-sitter-html? That will help me a lot!
