Support sets for primitives, enumerations, and associations #47

Associations are like primitives though they have more complex values. So a list/set of associations should be treated like a list/set of primitives.
Primitive, enumeration, and association lists/sets should be stored as a column in a database, not as a table like composition sets.

As explained in #201 for lists (which currently only support primitives), primitive elements in a collection limit the ability to expand elements in the future to store more information. So this feature (sets-of-primitives) will not be implemented.
