closes #80
puts the no longer existing coding changes from #171 into the FAQ.md

Considerations and implementations

adds FAQ.md
adds USAGE_CRUISER.md
makes the README.md shorter and easier to read
uniforms stuff - ADB, /
clarifies VTOM rendering paragraphs
updates the installation routine with openJDK
