A bug I noticed was with the bomb command, I was testing it on some typical speed torps with 10000 range to see what it did, but the command never triggered. I believe this is because of it unique capability to skip the command if there isn't enough energy for another shot, even though it was loaded. It should be pretty easy to reproduce with a simple meta 6 speed coil, 1 small reactor, and a fighter thruster.
