Improvement Idea #3

This is regarding the "Fill in the Blank" questions.

I'd like to see an improved design on these questions so that it's easier to either select the blank or have it automatically selected with the keyboard up so I don't have to try to find the proper hitbox.

Possibly tweak it by adding some coloration to the hitbox which could make it easier to use.

Thanks for the idea! One reason we don't activate the keyboard is we don't want to block the question when presented. But we like the idea of making the text fields more obvious. Here's what we've come up with.
