One question I have is how much and what to conceal. I personally don't use or like conceal that much for markup, but I'd like to have some good default conceals for those that do.
There are some things that seems clear we'd like to have:
Hide urls in links
Hide delimiters in emphasis/strong/etc
Hide inline attributes
But I'm less convinced to conceal block delimiters such as:
Code block markers
Div start/end markers
I know some people like to hide them too, and it's what the markdown treesitter does, but personally I like having to see where the blocks begin and end.

@NoahTheDuke any input?
