Teleport does not include later joined member #91

Think I want to leave this as it is.... if someone is late, they can get transport to fly them to AO. Or if we want to allow people to JIP, we can bring AI with us for player to slot into

It's "later joined" related to the group. Not the game itself.

I suggest just teleporting all units of the group.
