Create Symlink Operator #40

Why

I think it would be greate to have an opeator to create Symlink files directly from Airflow. Therefore it could be possible to do stufff like:

update_data >> update_symlink

How

I am planning to open a PR to update LakeFSHook a to create a simple operator
