Add LakeFS commit links to commit and merge operators #59

These are Airflow "extra links". Nice bonus feature :-)

Forgot to show what it looks like! When you look at a commit or a merge task in a DAG run, you should see a "lakeFS" button at the bottom. Clicking it takes you to the commit in the lakeFS GUI.
