I recently emailed MounRiver for latest sources to their OpenOCD fork. Here it is: riscv-openocd.zip

The email is dated 2023.12.11 and claims that the source code corresponds to "the latest version of MRS," which is V1.91 at time of writing. I just came across your repo; feel free to integrate the new changes. Props to MounRiver for timely complying to GPL requests though!
