pin catch2, update to 9.9 #70

i made a branch to try and 1) pin catch2 and 2) disable 64 int

Seems like that makes linux fail here https://github.com/trelau/SMESH/runs/7649684550?check_suite_focus=true#step:8:779

which looks like the same type of failure in this PR. any ideas? i'm trying to rebuild now with 64int enabled just to try and isolate the issue...

Hmm, I don't have issues with this branch: https://github.com/conda-forge/smesh-feedstock/pull/64#issuecomment-1246905483

I will merge this PR as something has changed on the freecad-side which enables 64bit int.
