Hi. For some reason I did not get an email about this issue.
I am not familiar with Ansible. I will discuss internally if we want to do something like this or not and get back to you.
Thanks,
No worries, just glad to hear back. :)
Ansible is a devops deployment tool, similar to Chef and Puppet. It lets you deploy services, configure files, etc. Instead of writing a massively convoluted Bash script, you can use Ansible / Puppet / Chef.
@pratibhadeepti It isn't helpful for you to comment the same thing in multiple, unrelated issues. I am not answering in the others.
That said, I am afraid that I cannot help you. First, because I don't know anything about Ansible. Second, because I am no longer affiliated with McAfee and am not doing any development on the MySQL plugin. (We can hope that the current developers will see these comments and respond at some point.) Best of luck to you with your project.
Thanks @arnoldrobbins, for your support.

It would be helpful to have an official Ansible role to make it easy to install the plugin. I've created one here: https://github.com/apolloclark/ansible-role-mysql-mcafee-audit
Let me know what the best way would be to manage this.
