Update the help center article on Members Import

Only CSV is now supported to import members into Beans. It is no longer possible to directly import members from Smile.io, Swell, Mailchimp, Klaviyo through the Beans interface. Merchants are required to export their members to a CSV from the third-party application and then import them into Beans with the CSV Import Feature.

We also need to make sure that the new doc has information on how to import members with tiers
