add reflect version of lib #11

This doesn't actually integrate the library, just adds the lib + function

Should this also come with some instruction in the README about how to use this and why?

@loeschg @seaplain yes! I was gonna add that when the library is actually integrated. Right now you can't really use it since the gradle plugin wont add it to your build.
