Describe the problem you are trying to solve

As an operator I would like to be able to apply data encryption to data sent and received from tremor via codecs and/or processors. It may also be useful to be able to encrypt/decrypt data in the JSON-like tremor value type system in user defined logic.

Describe the solution you'd like

As above.

Notes

Logging conversation with Endre where this use case came up.

I started working on it but unfortunately got swamped with work and the issue took a back seat Please feel free to re-assign
