Change browser tab title for homepage #292

Currently, when you visit the website, you find the Docusaurus default, "Hello from {Website Title}". It is not descriptive and, of course, doesn't stand out among other tabs you may have opened. Also, it doesn't show the Tremor logo, so again, there you go. This commit fixes that.
