check bookdown issue #1

Use "bookdown::render_book('index.Rmd', 'bookdown::pdf_book')" command to check output. (Will take a long time to run).

Splitting up code code so it better fits on pages would be appreciated. Also checking table format.

All warnings resolved and codes now fit in page. Some tables are too big to fit in the page so looking for a solution.
