  1. Add cocoa https://github.com/trendmanagement/Tmqr-framework-2/issues/78

  2. remove all exos and smart exos from V1 except Cont_Fut exos

  3. finish Dashboard (futures data updated, span data updated, exos and alphas updated, campaign status)

  4. add multi processing to index/alpha run script

  5. check currencies, and make sure updating
