V1 script TradingPositionArchiveScript didn't run Monday Nov. 26 2017 #93

@alexveden V1 script The trading_positions_archive.py script did not run last night (Monday Nov. 26 2017, Not a holiday). The last time it ran was on Friday Nov. 24 2017. We manually ran it this morning. I know you made changes to the holiday calendar.
