  1. can we refine the campaign list by the instrument, similar to image we have an button for each instrument type

  2. change the checkbox from label from 'Use default date settings' to 'full campaign history'

  3. add buttons that would automatically fill dates with 1 month, 3 months, 1 year and then a final button custom dates. the start and end date fields should be hidden for all scenarios except for custom dates.

  4. fix the chart and performance table to work with the full campaign history (where first change = NaN)

  5. change names: payoff series -> campaign payoff delta series -> campaign delta image

  6. Add the description of the campaign from the campaign list to the top of the overview and performance image

I have made all the fixed you asked for and only took a different approach to issue #2(change the checkbox from label from 'Use default date settings' to 'full campaign history'). I have changed a checkbox to a button on the same panel as the date filter buttons. I think it is a more functional solution since all the options for displaying data are grouped logically that way
