Release Azure Artifact and Update Function App to Use Online Artifacts

Change Summary

This document outlines the process of releasing an Azure Artifact and updating the Function App to utilize online artifacts. The following changes will be made:

• Addition of GitHub action to automatically release the artifact in the form of a .zip file for the Function App.
• Removal of the original method of publishing function code from a local source. Instead, the Function App will retrieve the artifact from the GitHub release.
