Correct nifti test data #1541

Task Description

The test data in algorithm-dev is wrong here https://github.com/trendscenter/coinstac/tree/master/algorithm-development/test-data/nifti-test-data

replace it with https://github.com/trendscenter/coinstac-regression-vbm/tree/master/test/input from the 4 local directories here

Looks like moving files from one repo to another while retaining git history. am I right?

Regarding https://github.com/trendscenter/coinstac-regression-vbm/tree/master/test/input, it looks like files from different datasets are mixed here. Please consider creating a test suite to keep the data and corresponding input specs separate to facilitate ease of testing. https://github.com/trendscenter/coinstac/discussions/1564
