Put version number in names of files produced by build #559

Problem

I have 10 different folders on my system from testing all these different versions of COINSTAC. The OS adds a (#) onto the end of each folder name, but this doesn't correspond with the actual version number.

Please add the version number to the names of the files produced by the build, which show up here: https://github.com/MRN-Code/coinstac/releases/tag/v3.1.18

This now works but is still broken for linux, needs investigation
