Update build and add examples #1

I have updated the ant build and included some examples.

Hi Mike, thank you for your contribution! I'm going to merge the examples into my master repository. The changes to the build file you made are numerous and I am not going to include them all.

I concede that the proguard dependency is not a necessity and, even worse, will prevent the project from building correctly, at least without editing build.xml. The same is probably true for the LaTeX dependency. Maybe it's better to leave the latex-sources in the repository for the sake of completeness without actually using them in the build process, and just add the png-files generated to src/doc/doc-files.

Yet I do not plan to include the libgluegen and libjogl binaries in the project, people who like to compile the project need to download them by hand before building. But I admit the README lacks a description as where to place these files so the build will succeed.

I agree that the current build.xml is kind of in a bad shape and I'm going to alter it the build file accordingly (after my vacation).
