Add registration as organisation #31

We need to change registration flow to allow reigistration of organisation instead of people

Add a choice before registration to choose if you are a person or an organisation
If the user chooses organisation: -- we have just the field for organisation name -- we disable sex and other profile fields in profile manager -- we tag the user as an org, so we do not ask for user details on login (on civici)

We shall enable this also on Timu

I checked this and tried to register an org, then create some proposal/opinion and the flow works. I was just noticing a thing in mongo, as I wanted to delete the proposal created and so I was searching in the aggregator against proposal's author.name, and I was not able to find it. So I've seen that in the aggregator, author name is the name of the organisation, followed by 2 white spaces. You can check it for

ObjectId("5549cbf99db2961f06568a5e")

on dev server. I noticed this also for things created when you use a nickname (but this time the white space is just one)

@gianpaolom I checket but there are some problems and errors. See errors sent by email in date June 19, 2015
