Added a new book without bar code and set the rent amount as 23.12$, and saved it.

Then again changed the rent amount to 001 (validations please), and saved it.

Now, again from inventory added another book with a bar code scan, the book gets added by the rent amount by default is set to 23.12$,which I first gave for manually added book. The same thing with the third book manually/bar code while adding by default the box at the bottom says "lend this item at 23.12$ per week"

bug fixed ! if amazon ISBN book then takes 20% of the actual rate, if no rate its set to 0$ !
