"Remove Photo" Option in my profile if a regular/FB user doesnt want to any photo to be shown in profile.

another option as well user logged in from FB should be asked if they want FB profile pic or of they want to upload another one.

FB users get their FB profile. New users get a placeholder which they can replace. I think this is enough for now :) I know once they add a picture, there's no option to remove it. They can only change it.
