'open' statuses list is incomplete (for our Jira configuration) #16

We've a huge number of states in our workflow -- open tickets include 'Todo', 'Ready'. What constitutes 'open for work' varies by team, too -- Our QA teams have their own internal statuses.

Ooh. That should do it, if kludgy. I think there's a setting in Jira that defines this, it'd be nice to use that, but this will do. Thanks!
