parallel code in `TEprepare.m` needs update #12

In Matlab 2015a, findResource, defaultParallelConfig and matlabpool have been removed.

@samuelandjw unfortunately, we are no longer able to update the parallel code included in TRENTOOL. However, if you would like to contribute code working with newer MATLAB versions, we would be happy to include it into the toolbox.
