Fix problem with dependencies

Thanks for this. Since the pull was to dev and it was just a small tweak I applied this change to the dev branch. Going to try to test and merge a new version within the week

Thank you! I use last version jquery-ui. Timepicker work correctly with last version jquery ui in my project.
