1.4.6 Bower install broken - jquery-ui dependency not installed during bower-install #754

in 1.4.5 jquery ui was installing when you added timepicker to your bower file, this is no longer the case in 1.4.6 as it fails to locate jquery ui

The jQueryUI repository contains the source but not necessarily the correctly bundled distributed code, so I opted to remove it from there.
