Fixed translation for "timezoneText" on Spanish localization file #973

The translation for "timezoneText" on Spanish read "Uso horario". Besides this being a typo (right expression is "Huso horario"), the expression "Zona horaria" is much more common.

@williamdes @ioliva Thank you for your contribution. To answer your question, I no longer actively work on this project as I've been disconnected from jquery and jqueryui for many years now.
