Goal: simplify docs and project structure to make it easier to get started Tasks:

[x] simplify TS setup, since many deps has been removed
[x] fix multiple URLs action
[x] docs: use @v2 tag
[x] use upload.token and upload.serverBaseUrl
[x] docs: improve first example and move env vars to recipes section
[x] docs: combine serverBaseUrl and token (possible need a better name) for private server example
[x] docs: wrap recipes with details
[x] finish docs & check grammar
[x] publish release to marketplace https://github.com/treosh/lighthouse-ci-action/releases

Next: #11

@exterkamp I did my best with docs and v2 preparation. Let's use #11 for the next work or new PRs. Github Actions allow moving @v2 tag, so the release is not attached to one commit.
